【前言 / Preface】

放療結束後隔天回腫瘤科回診，醫生大讚復原狀況非常好，肯定我們的照護方法。

The day after my radiation therapy ended, I went back for a follow-up appointment with my oncologist. The doctor was impressed with my recovery and praised our care plan.

抗癌以來，無論是醫護人員或親友，見到我時總說我看起來精神很好，很難想像我正在接受讓人聞之色變的治療。

Throughout the journey, both medical staff and loved ones have commented on how good I look, considering the grueling treatments I've been undergoing.

我也覺得自己很幸運，無論是化療或放療，我的副作用都算輕微。手術的狀況比較多，但也有驚無險的度過。

I feel incredibly fortunate. Whether it was chemotherapy or radiation, my side effects were relatively mild. Surgery had its challenges, but I managed to get through it safely.

所以，我想趁記憶猶新時，寫下這段期間對我有幫助的事。希望能助需要的人一臂之力，穩下心來，找到適合自己的方式將療程的不適降到最低。

While my memories are still fresh, I want to share what helped me during this time. I hope this information can provide a helping hand to others, helping them stay calm and find ways to minimize the discomfort of treatment.
